Collaborative Practice
We build strong professional relationships with colleagues and know when to seek advice and specialist support to enhance practice within the Graduated Approach.
We actively collaborate with specialist practitioners to enhance our staff’s understanding of the four broad areas of need (as outlined in Section 2).
Where necessary, our SENCo ensures that practitioners receive targeted training and support, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to meet the specific needs of individual learners.
